Chief Executive Officer

is the founder and CEO at rProcess and is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the company. rProcess is a Mysore based ITES center delivering Data and Content management services and a result of Savitha’s longtime entrepreneurial passion.
An IT professional with 22 + years of illustrious career and an entrepreneur now Savitha is a Masters in EE from the university of Texas. She has delivered multiple high tech products and large global software programs, performed a six-sigma black belt role and been adjudged a high potential leader during her corporate career.
She has held several key and strategic roles amongst telecom giants like Bell Northern Research and Hughes Network Systems in the USA before she moved back to India and pursued her carrier with Philips Innovation Campus, Bangalore and subsequently started rProcess in 2010.

Besides being responsible for vendors and client management, Smitha also leads the HR and admin functions of the company.

He has worked for over 14 years with various customers extensively across geographies. He is very innovative and provides timely assistance to the teams regarding new projects and assignments.
Mujeeb holds a Masters’ degree in Operations Management and has rich expertise in resource management, rapport building and various skills such as communications, budget preparation, forecasting besides mastering administration capabilities.
