Savitha Mallappa is an accomplished IT entrepreneur with over 28 years of diverse industry experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Texas (USA) and has worked in engineering and management roles at Hughes Networks, Philips Consumer Electronics, Texas Instruments, and other leading organizations in Bangalore. Over the years, she has delivered multiple high-tech products, led global software programs, excelled as a Six Sigma Black Belt, and was recognized as a high-potential leader. Her entrepreneurial drive led her to establish rProcess, a Mysore-based ITES centre focused on creating employment opportunities in smaller towns and building an inclusive and diverse workforce beyond major metros. Savitha is also a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International and actively supports several social initiatives. She currently serves as the Chairperson of the CSR Panel at CII, Mysuru Chapter, contributing to impactful community development efforts.

Akshai Mallappa is a seasoned IT professional with more than 32 years of global experience, holding a Mechanical Engineering degree from BMS College of Engineering. His career spans technical and leadership roles across IBM in the USA, and Digital Globalsoft, Hewlett Packard, and Cisco Systems in India. As the Chief of Strategy & Operations and Co-Founder of rProcess, he is committed to creating skilled employment in Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns, enabling the company to grow to over 1,500 employees across Mysore, Chamarajnagar, and Tamil Nadu. His expertise includes business strategy, consulting, engineering program management, operations, marketing, and entrepreneurial development. Akshai is actively associated with several charitable trusts and NGOs supporting education and disability initiatives. A Rotarian for 24 years, he has held multiple leadership roles at both club and district levels. He holds certifications including SAP R3, ITIL, and IBM Professional Consultant, and enjoys golf, motorcycling, and part-time farming.

Venu Kallur brings three decades of extensive experience in hardware electronics spanning computer systems, semiconductor product development, and VLSI chip design. His career includes significant technical and managerial leadership roles across the USA and India at companies such as IBM, Intel, AMD, and Sun Microsystems. He has contributed to full product development cycles as well as client-driven service environments, gaining deep insight into engineering execution and delivery excellence. Venu’s passion for empowering young talent led him to head an academic institution where he focused on upskilling students at the grassroots level. His involvement with several NGOs has provided him with a strong understanding of challenges within the development and education sectors. Through his diverse experiences across industry, academia, and social initiatives, Venu combines technical depth, leadership capability, and a commitment to meaningful impact, making him a valuable driver of innovation and growth in rProcess’s Engineering Design Services division.

He has participated in numerous seminars and conferences worldwide, strengthening his exposure to global market dynamics. Suresh has successfully managed partner ecosystems for more than 25 years, establishing strong channel networks and driving sustained business growth. His leadership experience includes senior roles ranging from Executive Director to Managing Director at various GmbH companies in Germany, where he has efficiently led and expanded operations. With over 20 years of experience in the ITES industry, she oversees administrative, financial, risk management, and client operations while guiding teams on workflow design, internal controls, and new solution implementation. Smitha is responsible for developing financial and operational strategies, ensuring strong compliance, audit readiness, and corporate governance across the company. She also leads multiple support functions, contributing to seamless organizational execution. Smitha holds a B.Eng (Hons) and a Master’s degree from the University of Teesside, UK, and has previously worked with leading companies including JP Morgan Chase in India and Garlands Call Centre in the UK. Driven by her passion for research, she returned to India and completed her doctorate in the disability domain, further strengthening her expertise in inclusive workforce practices. A certified Disability Professional from Enable India, Dr. Shilpa is known for translating business goals into actionable HR strategies. Her experience spans talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, compliance, performance management, learning programs, employee engagement, and retention. Sougandh also contributes to rProcess’s Finance function, supporting governance, planning, and operational efficiency. Before joining rProcess, he worked with global organizations such as IBM and TCS, where he led major transformation initiatives and managed diverse, large-scale operations. His analytical mindset, leadership approach, and domain expertise consistently help drive impactful outcomes across functions. Sougandh holds a Master’s degree in Finance and enjoys travelling and part-time farming outside work, reflecting his balanced professional and personal outlook.

She has built enterprise-wide compliance and risk frameworks aligned with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, TISAX, and GDPR, with deep expertise in governance design, internal audits, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and process improvement. Her experience spans roles at Accenture, Theorem, and Kinesso across insurance, finance, digital marketing operations, client servicing, and stakeholder management. At rProcess, she leads information security, quality management, ESG, internal controls, and risk governance programs. Known for her structured and practical approach, Shwetha drives strong compliance culture, continuous audit readiness, and organization-wide awareness. She brings a balanced mix of operational depth and governance expertise, contributing significantly to rProcess’s reliability and global delivery standards. Outside work, she enjoys travelling, music, and exploring lifestyle trends.
